Rain Duration: The continuous length of time that rain is detected.
Interval Rain: The amount of rain for a given sample interval.
Rain Intensity: The amount of rain measured every sample interval multiplied by the number of sample intervals per hour to get to the correct units such as in/hr or cm/hr.
Daily Rain: The sum of all Interval Rain measurements throughout the course of a day. At midnight, the sum is reset to 0. Thus the parameter always shows the total rain measured from midnight to the most recent interrogation.
