Serial numbers for micro-T software are generated based on a signature unique to each computer and user. The registration key is then generated based on that serial number. The serial number and registration key must match for the software to work. Since signatures for a lab computer and an office computer are different, one registration key will not work on both computers.
Solution: NexSens allows the same copy of micro-T software to be used for both an office computer and a lab computer. Go to the Register Software page to request a registration key for micro-T software.
