The iChart software serial number is generated based on a signature that is unique to each computer and user. Since the signatures for the old computer and new computer are different, the iChart serial number for the old computer does not work on the new computer.
1. Open iChart without a current project
2. From the menu bar select Help | Register iChart to register iChart on the new computer.
