It may be necessary to unregister iChart for various reasons.
1. Open iChart without a current project.
2. Press <Ctrl>+<Alt>+u simultaneously.
3. Choose Yes to unregister iChart.

Note: If iChart was registered by a different Windows user an error message may appear that indicates the unregistration failed. If this occurs, you will need to log into the user account that was originally used for registration and unregister there.
4. Exit iChart.
