Send an iChart Project File

During most troubleshooting procedures it is helpful for NexSens to have a copy of the iChart (.icr) file from which the user is working. This allows the technical support specialist to evaluate the current project setup, run tests, and make suggestions for changes.

1. Select Help | Open Users Folder from the iChart menu.

2. Locate the file with the name <ProjectName>.icr.

3. Attach this file to an email and send to the appropriate technical support specialist.
