Send iChart Data Files
During diagnostics it is often necessary for the NexSens Technical Support Specialist to have the raw data information.
1. Open iChart.
2. Click Help | Open Users Folder.
3. Click on the folder named <ProjectName>.Data.
4. Select the year that includes the data in question.
5. Right click on the month that includes the data in question.
6. Click Send To | Compressed (zipped) Folder.

7. Attach the zip file that is generated to an email and send to the correct support specialist.
