How often should the buoy batteries be replaced?

The 12V sealed lead acid batteries installed in the data well of CB-Series buoys should be replaced (whichever comes first):

• If their charge ever falls to or below ~10.5V
• Every 3-5 years
• As charging performance declines to sub-optimal levels
