Details
The Vaisala GMP343 Carbon Dioxide Sensor is an accurate and rugged probe-type instrument for CO2 measurements. The body of the GMP343 is IP67-classified and suitable for harsh environments. The sensor's diffusion filter protects it from dust and dirt while heated optics prevent the formation of condensation.
Each GMP343 is calibrated using 0.5% accurate gases at seven points ranging from 0ppm to 2% CO2. Calibration is also done at four temperature points ranging from -30 C to 50 C. If desired, the customer can recalibrate the instrument using the multi-point calibration feature allowing up to 8 user-defined calibration points. The GMP343 offers internal temperature compensation and user-defined relative humidity, pressure and oxygen compensation.
The Vaisala GMP343 Carbon Dioxide sensor eliminates the need for bulky and power-consuming gas sampling systems. The use of diffusion aspiration eliminates the measurement error caused by pressure differences often present in pump-aspirated measurement systems. With low power consumption, the GMP343 can be used in both solar or AC powered applications.
