The new T-Node provides high precision temperature measurement in an addressable and connectorized assembly. - Build multi-point temperature measurement strings by simply connecting T-Nodes to underwater cables
- NIST Traceable factory calibration to +/- 0.1 C for precision temperature measurements
- Includes sensorBUS for connecting other smart sensors
The NexSens T-Node connectorized water temperature sensor features an integral digital sensor secured in a protective housing for underwater deployments down to 200m in fresh, brackish, or seawater. Each T-Node is factory calibrated to +/-0.1 C for high precision temperature measurements.
Temperature data is transmitted on a 1-wire temp string bus. Additionally, the node offers pass-through signals for SDI-12 and RS-485 for sensorBUS connection, allowing the user to connect nodes and other environmental measurement sensors using UW underwater cables. This sensorBUS architecture has been designed so that researchers can easily build multi-point temperature strings or more powerful environmental monitoring networks.
The T-Node systems feature a plug-and-play interface for connection to the NexSens MB-300 Monitoring Buoys and iSIC data logging and telemetry systems. For connection to external devices, the T-Node system can integrate into a TS110-C controller for data output in SDI-12, RS-485 Modbus RTU, and RS232 Modbus RTU. |
