NexSens Releases Pre-Configured Cellular Telemetry System
Dayton, OH, October 9, 2009 - 3100-MAST cellular telemetry system, the latest product release from NexSens Technology, offers a fully assembled, tested, and operational wireless solution for permanent or portable environmental monitoring applications.
This complete system is factory activated and ready for immediate deployment. It utilizes cellular telemetry and solar charging to create a truly plug-and-play data collection and sensor interface platform.
The 3100-MAST features a NexSens iSIC data logger and cellular modem housed in a rugged, NEMA 4X enclosure constructed of heavy-duty fiberglass. The built-in 8.5 amp-hour sealed lead acid battery provides 12 volt power to the system and is continuously charged by a 20-watt solar panel.
The iSIC simultaneously supports 8 analog inputs and 4 digital inputs for multi-sensor data logging capability. The modem can be configured for any of the major cellular networks, including Verizon, AT&T, or Sprint Nextel.
With the launch of this new cellular telemetry system, environmental professionals have access to an easy-to-use data acquisition system that can transmit wirelessly from anywhere cellular coverage is available.
