If using the Advanced | iSIC | iSIC menu in iChart, some options within the iSIC Setup window’s tabs may be grayed out. To make these options available:
Click Edit | Preferences. The System Setup window will appear. Select the GUI tab.

Check the “Enable advanced interface” box.
Click OK. The Advanced Interface options have been enabled.
