Building a Surface Buoy System

A NexSens T-Node Temperature String in the surface buoy configuration typically consists of a customer configured string of T-Node water temperature sensors and UW connectorized underwater cable assemblies suspended underneath a MB-300 monitoring buoy that houses a NexSens Submersible Data Logger. Measurements are retrieved by bringing a laptop with iChart software to the field for periodic temperature data offloads.

Telemetry options are also available for real-time temperature monitoring applications. Choose among wireless cellular or spread spectrum radio telemetry systems. Contact the NexSens Applications Engineering team for further details on the connectorized T-Node Temperature String.
